Biography

Dr. Abha.R. Dixit is an academician and a corporate trainer. She holds an M. Phil. in English Language Teaching and M.A in English Literature from Banasthali Vidyapith and has done her Ph. D. in English Literature. With more than ten years of experience in Academia, she is an active member of “Association for English studies of India” and “Literary Perspectives Society”. She has conducted various Management Development programmes for reputed companies like Birla Corporation Ltd., Medicament Biotech Ltd., Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., etc. She has done voice over for National and International Documentary films. Her strength lies in conducting workshops/training sessions on different aspects of Workplace Communication for working professionals.

She has conducted several management development programs for Senior Bankers from State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank and Managers of Custom and Excise Department, Geological Survey of India, HAL, India Post to name a few. Her areas of research interest lie in cross-cultural communications and business communications.

Currently, She is working as an Assistant Professor with Jaipuria Institute of Management, which is one of the best MBA colleges in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
