Biography

Dr. Shalini Srivastava is working as Professor (OB & HR) at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. She is HR PAN Area Chair and Ex-Dean (Research) at Jaipuria, Noida, which is one of the best MBA/PGDM colleges Noida, in Delhi NCR. She is in the Reviewer Board International Journal of Information Management, which is an A* Journal.

Dr. Srivastava’s research papers have been extensively published in ‘A’, ‘B’ category of ABDC listed Journals like the Journal of Business Research, Personnel Review, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, International Journal of Conflict Management, Journal of Hospitality Marketing Management to name a few.

Dr. Srivastava is under the Top 10 Researchers in India as per ABDC Journal Quality Risk Ranking Ranking (p - rank) for the year 2021. She has been awarded AIMS-Jaipuria Outstanding Woman Management Researcher Award in 2020. Her paper entitled; “Leader Effectiveness in Emerging Markets” has been awarded as a Highly Commendable Paper of the year 2014 by Emerald Publishing Group.

Her research interest is sustainability, personality, CSR, managerial effectiveness, mobile banking, OCB, change management, employee engagement, and leadership. She is being invited as a resource person for conducting Faculty Development Programmes from various B Schools across India.

She has worked on several consulting assignments and imparted training programmes in organizations like Fortis, IFFCO, NTPC, ONGC, NHPC, XANSA, OBC, ESI in the areas of Conflict Management, Enhancing Sales Productivity and Efficiency. Leadership, Team Building, Motivation, Time Management, Psychometric Testing, Emotional Intelligence, and Self-awareness.
